Using about 80 square feet of gardening space (plus some containers), I’m able to harvest a good portion of my own homegrown vegetables and herbs in my own yard. Not many things in this world are better than having your own freshly grown vegetables. Not only is the flavor and nutritional value often superior to store-bought produce, but there is the very important factor of personal satisfaction and pride to take into account.

Veggie gardening is fun, though not always easy. I am constantly learning new things when it comes to setting up, planting, caring for, and harvesting my garden. This page is a future home for tips and tricks I’ll share on how I found my own success in home vegetable gardening.
